Saburi Ply in Kolkata is seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate data in the CRM, and coordinate with sales and service teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication, follow-up and multitasking skills.

1–3 years of CRM or sales coordination experience preferred. Work location is in person at our Kolkata office, with a monthly salary in the range of ₹25,000–₹30,000.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Track leads, inquiries, and sales progress through the CRM.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate reports on leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
