Job summary

Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre in Gurugram seeks staff for patient care, customer support, inbound and outbound calls, CRM portal management and lab operations. Role includes preventive package sales and coordination with the manager. Immediate joiner, healthcare background preferred, and rotation shifts required.

There is no target and no night shift. Salary ranges from 16k to 25k in hand with standard benefits such as PF, ESIC/Medical, Bonus and Gratuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient handling.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care.
• Offer customer support via calls.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage CRM portal.
• Assist in lab operations.
