• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, site visits, bookings, and sales transactions.
• Track follow-ups, call records, client interactions, and lead status updates by the sales team.
• Monitor lead allocation, lead movement, and pending follow-ups to minimize lead leakage.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and sales performance.
• Ensure proper data management, record maintenance, and CRM database accuracy.
• Monitor timely updates by sales executives and ensure compliance with CRM processes.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to resolve CRM-related issues and discrepancies.
