Job summary

Placenest Services in Coimbatore invites a proactive Sales Coordination professional to join our customer-centric team.

You will coordinate with Production, Billing and Dispatch, update customers on order status and delivery schedules, prepare MIS and sales reports, and support the sales team through telecalling and appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Manage customer database and relationship activities.
• Graduate with 1+ year experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service.
• MS Excel (VLOOKUP), Word & PowerPoint.
