- Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and monitor progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
