Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Commercial Lending and Business Transformation initiatives in Chennai. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between traditional corporate banking operations and modern, technology-driven financial ecosystems. You will work closely with senior leadership, credit committees, and cross-functional technology teams to re-engineer lending workflows, optimize credit appraisal cycles, and drive digital adoption across the commercial portfolio. Your work will directly influence the bank’s bottom line by reducing turnaround times, enhancing risk mitigation frameworks, and delivering a seamless, high-value experience to our corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Orchestrate end-to-end business transformation projects within the commercial lending vertical to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
