Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end Change Management and Business Transformation initiatives within a global financial services environment, overseeing migration, transition, governance and continuous improvement.

Location: Chennai. The role requires 18+ years experience, stakeholder engagement across global offices, and building scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of relevant experience in banking/financial services transformations.
• Proven track record in large-scale migrations and transition programs.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and escalation handling.
• Hands-on governance, SLAs, KPIs, and risk controls.
• Experience leading distributed global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business migration and transition programs, covering assessment, planning, knowledge transfer, testing, parallel runs, go-live, stabilization and handover.
• Drive executive-level stakeholder management across global offices, business functions and internal leadership teams, acting as a senior escalation point for transformation and service-related matters.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks covering SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, service performance, risk, controls, compliance and operational resilience.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, resource optimization and capability development across the service portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, operational efficiency, service quality enhancement and scalable operating models.

Change Management Business Transformation- 18+ years

We are looking for a senior transformation leader to drive large-scale business migration, transition and service governance initiatives within a global financial services environment. The role will lead end-to-end transformation programs, stakeholder engagement, service stabilization, operational governance and continuous improvement while building scalable operating models.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead end-to-end business migration and transition programs, covering assessment, planning, knowledge transfer, testing, parallel runs, go-live, stabilization and handover.
2. Drive executive-level stakeholder management across global offices, business functions and internal leadership teams, acting as a senior escalation point for transformation and service-related matters.
3. Establish and manage governance frameworks covering SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, service performance, risk, controls, compliance and operational resilience.
4. Lead workforce and capacity planning, resource optimization and capability development across the service portfolio.
5. Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, operational efficiency, service quality enhancement and scalable operating models.

Requirements-

1. Minimum 18 years of relevant experience across banking operations, shared services, GCCs, business transformation, transition management, service management or operations governance.
2. Proven experience in leading large-scale operational migrations, shared-service transitions, GCC setup or expansion initiatives.
3. Strong experience in senior stakeholder management, client engagement, executive communication and escalation management.
4. Hands-on exposure to SLA/contract governance, service performance management, workforce planning and financial oversight.
5. Strong understanding of banking operations, operational risk, internal controls, audit and compliance, with experience managing large multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
