Crescendo Global is seeking a senior Change Management and Business Transformation leader to drive large-scale migrations, transition programs and service governance within a global financial services environment based in Chennai. Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in banking operations, shared services, GCCs, business transformation, transition management, service management or operations governance.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale operational migrations, shared-service transitions, GCC setup or expansion initiatives.
• Strong experience in senior stakeholder management, client engagement, executive communication and escalation management.
• Hands-on exposure to SLA/contract governance, service performance management, workforce planning and financial oversight.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, operational risk, internal controls, audit and compliance, with experience managing large multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
