The role requires 15+ years in IT delivery, strong governance and SDLC knowledge, and experience in financial services. Expect responsibility for production support and strategic tech direction within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application development and IT delivery.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in complex or regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-skilled development and maintenance teams.
• Financial services experience is mandatory; banking experience is preferred.
• Strong exposure to production support, incident/problem management and business-critical applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, SDLC and IT governance skills.

We are hiring for a senior technology leadership role to head the Global IT Development function. The role will lead application development, enhancement, project delivery and production maintenance for business-critical applications, with strong ownership of delivery, stakeholders and team leadership.
