Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites applications for a Credit Manager in the SME department.

You will prepare credit appraisal notes for SME clients, analyze financials to assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity, and present proposals to sanctioning forums. You will interact with approving authorities, ensure timely renewal of accounts, manage portfolio growth, and supervise a small team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for SME clients.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals.
• Interact with approving authorities and provide independent credit/economic insights.
• Manage timely renewal and portfolio enhancement.
• Lead a small team (3–4 members) and coordinate with business teams.

Role : Credit Manager

Reporting Relationships -Vice President Credit

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
