Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Credit Manager for the SME desk.

You will prepare credit appraisal notes, perform financial analyses to assess solvency and repayment capacity, and present proposals to sanctioning forums for approval. You will lead a team of 3–4 professionals, interact with approving authorities, monitor accounts, and ensure timely renewals while aligning risk decisions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Prepare appraisal notes and perform credit checks as part of SME credit evaluation.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Interact with approving authorities to provide data for informed decision making.
• Manage timely renewal of accounts and portfolio enhancement.
• Align risk decisions with business needs while upholding policies.
• Team handling of 3–4 members.

Role : Credit Manager

Department -SME

Reporting Relationships -Vice President Credit

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA.
• Good analytical skills
• Good understanding of all the working capital products
