Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Manager in Indore (MP) to lead credit appraisal for SME clients and drive portfolio growth. The role requires presenting proposals to sanctioning forums and securing approvals while ensuring adherence to policies and risk controls.

You will interact with authorities, monitor accounts, and coordinate with business teams to align risk assessments with business needs. A team of 3–4 will support you in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with good understanding of working capital products.
• Experience in credit appraisal, risk assessment and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for SME and manage portfolio up to large ticket sizes.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals as per authority levels.
• Interact with approving authorities and provide independent views on credit/economic developments.
• Monitor accounts and ensure timely renewal and portfolio enhancement.
• Lead a team of 3–4 members and coordinate with business teams on risk assessments.

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
