Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Manager in the SME department.

The role involves preparing credit appraisal notes, analysing solvency and liquidity, and presenting proposals to sanctioning forums for approvals. You will interact with approving authorities to provide independent risk views, renew accounts, and manage portfolio enhancement. Team leadership of 3–4 people is expected.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or MBA required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills; good understanding of working capital products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for SME.
• Handle ticket sizes up to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals.

Role : Credit Manager

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
