Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad invites applications for the role of Credit Manager in the SME division.

You will prepare credit appraisal notes, analyze financial solvency and repayment capacity, and present proposals to sanctioning forums for approval. You will interact with approving authorities, renew accounts, manage portfolio quality, and coordinate with business teams to balance risk with growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Chartered Accountant or MBA.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good understanding of working capital products.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for SME.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums for approval and satisfy queries from approving authorities.
• Interact with approving authority and provide required information for better decision making and independent view of credit/economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio.
• Align decision making with business requirements while upholding policies.
• Team Handling 3–4 people.
• Discuss terms and risk assessments with business.
• Gather information from customers for CRANs preparation.
• Monitor accounts as per sanctioning authority terms.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plans for non-compliances.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Address escalations related to risk assessments

Role : Credit Manager

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
