Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur seeks a Credit Manager to prepare credit appraisal notes for SME, analyze solvency and liquidity, and present proposals to sanctioning authorities. You will interact with approving authorities and provide information for informed decisions.

Leading a team of 3–4, you will renew accounts, monitor the portfolio and align risk assessments with business needs while upholding policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA qualification required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of working capital products.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for SME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Interact with approving authorities and provide information for better decision making.
• Manage and renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio.
• Align decision making with business requirements while upholding policy.
• Team handling 3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on terms for risk assessments.
• Discuss with customers for information for CRANs.
• Monitor accounts as per sanctioning authority terms.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly portfolio monitoring reports.
• Escalate with action plan for non-compliances.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Address escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments

Job Requirements:
