Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or CFA credential is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in credit management focused on LAP.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, underwriting, and risk management for real estate-backed lending.
• Strong understanding of property valuation methods, collateral law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to explain complex credit decisions.
• Proficiency in credit analysis software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end credit assessment process for Loan Against Property applications, including financial analysis, property valuation, and borrower profiling.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in credit management, with a significant focus on Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Proven expertise in financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and risk management specific to real estate-backed lending.
• Strong understanding of property valuation methods, legal aspects of property collateral, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex credit decisions clearly.
• Proficiency in credit analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
