Job summary

Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Private Limited seeks a seasoned Credit Manager to oversee LAP credit operations, assess risk, and drive growth of the LAP book. You will shape policy, manage delinquency controls, and lead a high-performing team across collateral-based lending.

Responsibilities include end-to-end credit appraisal, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with sales, operations, and legal to optimize processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; master’s or CA/CFA is a plus.
• 7–10 years in credit risk management, with 3–5 years LAP experience.
• Deep knowledge of LAP products, policies, and regulatory frameworks; market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; interpret complex financial statements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with team development experience.
• Proficiency in credit appraisal software and MS Office (Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High integrity and ethical conduct in credit operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Manager to oversee and manage the credit operations for our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. This role involves assessing creditworthiness, mitigating risks, and ensuring the healthy growth of the LAP book.

Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) credit appraisal and portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge of LAP products, credit policies, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess credit risk effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Proficiency in credit appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
