Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Analyst in Mumbai to prepare credit appraisal notes for large corporates and to coordinate risk assessments with business units.

The role requires experience in credit underwriting, strong Excel skills for financial modeling, and the ability to discuss terms and conditions with clients. Infra/Project Finance experience is a plus, with emphasis on clear communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Underwriting for Large Corporates.
• Working knowledge of Excel for preparation of Financial Models.
• Experience in Project Finance and/or Infra sector credit analysis preferred (not mandatory).
• CA/MBA/CFA
• Good verbal, written communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Discuss Terms and Conditions for risk assessments with business.
• Collect information from customers for CRANs.
• Monitor accounts as per Sanctioning Authority terms.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with an action plan for non-compliances.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage escalations related to risk assessments.

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with an action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments

Job Requirements:
