Job summary

Scribbld India is seeking a Creative Copy Lead to think beyond writing, shaping brand narratives and leading a team of writers. You will translate briefs into engaging communication and steer content across social, campaigns, websites and ads with a strong point of view.

You will collaborate with Brand Solutions, Design, Video, Performance and Strategy teams to deliver integrated brand messages, while ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience as Copywriter or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Portfolio across social media, campaigns, websites, digital advertising and brand communication.
• Ability to adapt writing across brands, industries and audiences.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling and content strategy.
• Ability to lead, review and give feedback to a team.
• Good understanding of content marketing and basic SEO principles.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of agency experience as a Copywriter, Senior Copywriter, Content Lead or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates work across social media, campaigns, websites, digital advertising and brand communication.
• Ability to adapt writing across different brands, industries, audiences and tones.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling and content strategy.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate an idea into strong communication.
• Ability to lead, review and give constructive feedback to a team.
• Good understanding of content marketing and basic SEO principles.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
• A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
