Scribbld India is seeking a Group Head – Brand Solutions to lead a high-impact Brand Solutions team in Mumbai. This player-coach role will own key accounts while guiding a 10–15 person team, ensuring top-quality work and strong client relationships.

You will set strategic direction, mentor staff, and drive retention and expansion across the portfolio, balancing hands-on ownership with broad team leadership.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Group Head – Brand Solutions to take on a senior leadership role within Scribbld’s Brand Solutions team.

This is a player-coach role. You will own a portfolio of key accounts while leading and supervising a team of 10–15 people, including Senior Brand Solutions Leads and other team members.

You will be responsible for the quality of work, client relationships, team performance, strategic direction and overall health of the accounts under your portfolio.
