Job summary

Atharv Consultings seeks a strategic, idea-driven Creative Strategist to shape brand narratives, campaign direction and content strategy for aydya. You will blend consumer insight, creative thinking and data into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion, while guiding our AI filmmaking and content team.

You will lead brainstorming, plan campaigns across digital and offline channels, and ensure a consistent brand voice while collaborating with designers, marketing, and founders.

Qualifications

• Strong creative thinking with ability to turn insight into strategy.
• Hands-on campaign planning, brand strategy, content marketing or advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.
• Portfolio of campaigns or brand strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies, campaign concepts and brand narratives for digital, offline and launches.
• Translate business goals and customer insight into sharp creative briefs and storytelling angles.
• Lead brainstorming, moodboarding and creative planning for ads, videos, social and B2B collateral.
• Work with the AI filmmaking team, designers and marketing to keep execution at the level of the idea.
• Analyse campaign performance, market trends and competitor activity, and refine the approach.
• Own content calendar strategy and hold a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint.
• Pitch concepts to founders and clients, and carry ideas from concept to final execution.

What you will need

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Kannada is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads and B2B channels.
• A customer-centric personality with natural leadership and persuasive skills.
• Agency, D2C startup or B2B tech brand experience is an advantage.
• A portfolio of campaigns, brand strategies or content IP is preferred.
