Job summary

Maverick in Gurgaon is seeking a Creative Director who blends filmmaking with AI to lead branded films, micro dramas and digital content. You will define the creative vision, oversee AI-driven production and guide a team of writers, AI filmmakers and editors to deliver standout work.

You will develop concepts from briefs, create treatments and storyboards, present ideas to clients and ensure visual continuity.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in film, advertising, OTT, animation, VFX or digital content.
• Strong visual storytelling and cinematography knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement and editing.
• Strong portfolio.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution.
• Experience presenting creative work to clients is highly desirable.
