Job summary

aydya is seeking a Creative Strategist to shape brand narratives, campaign direction and content strategy. You will blend consumer insight, creative thinking and data into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversions, while guiding the AI filmmaking and content team.

You will own content calendar strategy, refine execution across digital and offline channels, and pitch concepts to founders and clients, taking ideas from concept to final output.

Qualifications

• Turn insight into actionable strategy.
• Campaign planning, brand strategy or advertising experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and B2B channels.
• Portfolio of campaigns or brand strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the AI filmmaking team, designers and marketing to keep execution at the level of the idea.

What you will need

• Strong creative thinking, with the ability to turn insight into actionable strategy.
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning, brand strategy, content marketing or advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Kannada is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads and B2B channels.
• A customer-centric personality with natural leadership and persuasive skills.
• Agency, D2C startup or B2B tech brand experience is an advantage.
• A portfolio of campaigns, brand strategies or content IP is preferred.
