Job summary

aydya in Bengaluru is seeking a strategic Growth and BD Specialist to drive revenue, client acquisition and partnerships for its AI-powered video creative services. You will own the 0 to 1 growth journey, selling to founders and marketing heads and building a repeatable pipeline.

You will manage the full funnel from outreach to closing, develop case studies with the creative team, run growth experiments, and report progress to the founders.

Qualifications

• Need strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of content marketing, branding and AI in filmmaking.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole funnel, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing and account expansion.
• Drive revenue across all three verticals by matching client needs to the right solution.

• Work with the creative team to craft winning pitches and case studies.
• Run growth experiments: outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, events and collaborations.
• Track pipeline, revenue and targets, and report weekly to the founders.

We are looking for a strategic, hustling Growth and BD Specialist to drive revenue, client acquisition and partnerships for aydya.

You will sell creative services and build relationships with founders and marketing heads. You own the 0 to 1 growth journey.

What you will do

• Identify, approach and onboard new clients: startups, agencies and enterprises wanting AI-powered video.
• Own the whole funnel, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing and account expansion.
• Drive revenue across all three verticals by matching client needs to the right solution.
• Build partnerships with marketing agencies, production houses and creator networks.
• Work with the creative team to craft winning pitches and case studies.
• Run growth experiments: outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, events and collaborations.
• Track pipeline, revenue and targets, and report weekly to the founders.

What you will need

• Strong sales, negotiation and consultative selling skills, ideally in creative services or an agency.
• Good understanding of content marketing, branding, advertising and how AI is disrupting filmmaking.
• Comfort with CRM tools, Sheets and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication and storytelling in English and Hindi. You should be able to sell a story.
• A closer's instinct and a relationship-builder's patience.
• Preferably your own two-wheeler for client meetings across Bengaluru, with a fuel allowance.
• Prior business development, agency sales, brand partnerships or startup growth experience is an advantage.
