NS Ventures is seeking a Creative Project Manager for an on-site role in Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end execution of creative real estate content projects, coordinating with video designers, 3D artists, writers, vendors, and developers to translate client briefs into actionable plans and deliverables.

You will scope requirements, set timelines, manage budgets, monitor progress, and ensure outputs meet brand, quality, and technical standards.

Role Description

The Creative Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end execution of creative real estate content projects. In this position, the individual will coordinate with teams such as video designers, 3D artists, content writers, vendors and developers to translate client briefs into clear project plans and deliverables. Daily tasks include scoping requirements, creating timelines, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring that outputs meet brand, quality, and technical standards. The role involves frequent communication with clients and stakeholders to share updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues quickly. The Creative Project Manager will also support process improvements, contribute to creative strategies for Prop-Tech solutions, and help maintain consistent delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional creative and technical teams and managing client interactions.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for multi-phase creative or media projects.
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to navigate production challenges while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Background in creative strategy, preferably in real estate, advertising, media production, or Prop-Tech.
• Proficiency with common project management tools and basic understanding of creative production workflows (video, 3D, digital content).
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing, digital agencies, or content studios is an advantage.
