Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Creative Direction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative direction for 3D visualization, walkthroughs, animations, and visual films.
• Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, brand objectives, and client requirements.
• Create storyboards, visual scripts, shot lists, and camera movement plans.
• Develop visual narratives that communicate architecture, lifestyle, experience, and brand positioning.
• Define mood, visual language, colour palette, lighting, composition, pacing, and cinematic style.
• Explore new creative techniques, technologies, and AI tools to improve visual storytelling.
• Oversee the creative quality of 3D renders, walkthroughs, animations, and visual content.
• Guide artists and production teams on camera angles, framing, composition, lighting, materials, detailing, and visual flow.
• Review work at different stages of production and provide clear creative feedback.
• Ensure final outputs maintain a high standard of visual quality, consistency, and storytelling.
• Establish creative standards and visual guidelines for projects.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the creative, visualization, animation, and post-production teams.
• Work closely with 3D artists, animators, designers, video teams, project managers, and other creative functions.
• Translate creative concepts into clear and actionable direction for the production team.
• Improve creative workflows, review processes, and quality standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director – 3D Visualization & Walkthroughs to lead the creative vision and visual storytelling for our 3D renders, architectural walkthroughs, animations, films, and immersive experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, art direction, camera language, composition, lighting, visual aesthetics, and creative direction.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Architecture, PropTech, or Architectural Visualization will be preferred. However, we are also open to strong creative professionals from Animation, VFX, Advertising, Film, Media, and Creative Agencies who have a proven ability to create compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative direction for 3D visualization, architectural walkthroughs, animations, and visual films.
• Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, brand objectives, and client requirements.
• Create storyboards, visual scripts, shot lists, and camera movement plans.
• Develop compelling visual narratives that communicate the project's architecture, lifestyle, experience, and brand positioning.
• Define the overall mood, visual language, colour palette, lighting, composition, pacing, and cinematic style.
• Explore new creative techniques, technologies, and AI tools to improve visual storytelling.

Art Direction & Visual Quality

• Oversee the creative quality of 3D renders, walkthroughs, animations, and visual content.
• Guide artists and production teams on camera angles, framing, composition, lighting, materials, detailing, and visual flow.
• Review work at different stages of production and provide clear creative feedback.
• Ensure final outputs maintain a high standard of visual quality, consistency, and storytelling.
• Establish creative standards and visual guidelines for projects.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the creative, visualization, animation, and post-production teams.
• Work closely with 3D artists, animators, designers, video teams, project managers, and other creative functions.
• Translate creative concepts into clear and actionable direction for the production team.
• Improve creative workflows, review processes, and quality standards.
• Build a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Client & Project Interaction

• Participate in client meetings to understand project objectives, expectations, and creative requirements.
• Present creative concepts, storyboards, visual directions, and walkthrough approaches to clients.
• Convert client briefs into strong and actionable creative strategies.
• Collaborate with project and client-facing teams to ensure creative requirements are clearly understood.
• Ensure the final output aligns with the client's brand, project positioning, marketing objectives, and target audience.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Animation, VFX, Advertising, Film, or related creative industries.
• Proven experience in Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Lead, Visualization Director, Animation Director, or similar creative leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, storyboarding, shot design, camera movement, and art direction.
• Strong understanding of 3D visualization and animation workflows, including modelling, lighting, rendering, animation, and post-production.
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, colour, camera language, detailing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Ability to translate complex briefs into clear creative concepts and visual narratives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating creative direction, storytelling, visualization, animation, or cinematic work.
