YourfriendlyHR is seeking a Project Manager for remote India-based work to turn client briefs into actionable project plans and drive digital marketing projects from kickoff to delivery.

You will coordinate content, design, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing, ensuring clear priorities and timely updates. Strong ownership, communication, and problem‑solving are key as you manage multiple projects and ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects or coordinating delivery in a digital marketing, creative, or agency environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing workflows and how content, design, SEO, and campaign teams work together.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in client conversations.
  • Ability to turn broad requirements into actionable tasks, realistic timelines, and clear priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects without losing track of details.
  • Confidence following up on commitments, resolving blockers, and escalating issues at the right time.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing briefs, deliverables, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Ability to handle changing requirements calmly and explain their impact on scope, cost, and delivery.
  • A collaborative approach to team coordination, with accountability for agreed outcomes.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant practical experience is equally valuable

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with content, design, marketing, and external teams to keep work moving and dependencies clear.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, clarify requirements, and share timely progress updates.
  • Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, meeting notes, and action items so everyone knows what comes next.
  • Plan workloads with team leads, prioritise competing requests, and flag capacity gaps before deadlines are affected.
  • Track milestones, identify delays and risks, and agree on practical next steps with the people involved.
  • Review deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, and agreed quality standards before client submission.
  • Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals while keeping the team aligned on the latest requirements.
  • Monitor project scope, effort, and agreed budgets; flag changes and secure approval before committing to extra work.
  • Close projects with organised handovers and capture lessons that improve future planning and delivery

About The Role

One of our client is looking for a Project Manager who can turn client briefs into clear plans and keep digital marketing projects moving from kickoff to delivery.
