Qualifications

• Copywriting & scripting: write scripts, ad copies, headlines, hooks, CTAs, UGC content, testimonials, talking-head videos, explainers, and social media content.
• Creative development & production: develop concepts with the team and ensure ideas are executed by creators, editors, designers, and production teams.
• Performance creative: craft communication for performance campaigns on platforms like Meta and YouTube, using CTR, hook rate, CPI and CAC to guide improvements.
• Collaboration & execution: work with multiple teams and manage timelines to move from brief to final asset.

About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter to develop ideas, scripts, and copy for our digital and performance campaigns.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Design, Editing, Production, and Creative teams to turn campaign requirements into clear, engaging, and effective creative communication.

The role is suited for someone who combines strong writing skills with creative thinking and an understanding of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

1. Copywriting & Scripting

• Write scripts, ad copies, headlines, hooks, CTAs, UGC content, testimonials, talking-head videos, explainers, and social media content.
• Develop clear and engaging communication suited to different audiences, platforms, and creative formats.
• Turn campaign requirements into strong creative narratives and actionable scripts.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, grammar, and overall quality across deliverables.

2. Creative Development & Production

• Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches in collaboration with the creative team.
• Work with creators, editors, designers, and production teams to take ideas from script to final execution.
• Provide clear creative briefs and communicate the intended execution effectively.
• Review final assets to ensure the original creative idea and messaging are accurately executed.
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and content approaches.

3. Performance Creative

• Develop communication for performance campaigns across platforms such as Meta and YouTube.
• Use creative performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPI, CPR, and CAC to understand creative effectiveness.
• Analyse winning and underperforming creatives and apply relevant learnings to future work.
• Participate in structured creative testing across hooks, messaging, formats, and angles.

4. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with Performance Marketing, Design, Editing, Production, and Creative teams on campaign requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during campaign planning.
• Manage multiple creative requirements while meeting agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth movement from brief to final asset.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, scripting, content creation, or performance creative.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Hinglish, with the ability to adapt tone and communication naturally across formats.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write conversational, concise, and engaging copy.
• Experience writing for digital advertising and social media platforms.
• Understanding of performance marketing and the role creative plays in campaign performance.
• Ability to write across formats such as short-form video, UGC, testimonials, static creatives, animations, and social-first content.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
• Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong copywriting, scripting, and creative work.
