Job summary

Ishwarlal Muljibhai Gehi is seeking a Design Lead to spearhead the creative team across architectural, interior, and 3D visualization for diverse projects. You will shape the design language, drive concept development, and ensure brand consistency from concept to presentation.

You will collaborate closely with clients and execution teams, balance timelines, and stay ahead of trends to deliver compelling, integrated design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
• Develop innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Establish and maintain the firm's design vision, standards, and brand identity.
• Review layouts, concepts, materials, colors, and presentations.
• Ensure design consistency, quality, functionality, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Oversee mood boards, material boards, 3D renders, and proposals.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and execution teams.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
• Stay updated with architecture trends and design technologies.
