Job summary

Interocean Group in Delhi seeks a design professional to lead in-house Architecture and Interior projects for offices, workplaces, residential and guesthouses. You will manage end-to-end execution and develop concepts through drawings, models, materials, and mood boards.

Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, cost control and timely updates to stakeholders. The role requires hands-on work in a multi-disciplinary team and taking ownership of your scope while

Qualifications

• Part of the in-house Project team focused on architecture and interior design for workplace, residential and guesthouse projects.
• Work closely with in-house and external design consultants; responsible for end-to-end project execution.
• Undertake design projects end-to-end, preparing working drawings, models, materials and mood boards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and cost control on corporate/interior spaces.
• Develop layouts, materials, furniture, MEP, color and lighting, and installations.
• Maintain quality, ensure design aligns with plan, and manage costs and budget.
• Keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner.
• Identify roadblocks and propose practical solutions.
• Be hands-on in a multi-disciplinary environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work independently or in a team, owning your scope while aligning the whole project team.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of our in-house Project team. The Architecture and Interior design team specifically responsible for designing high and interiors, incorporate / workplace / residential / guesthouses projects.
• Working closely with the design consultants in house & external respectively. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of projects.
• Undertake design projects end-to-end & prepare, working drawings, models, material & mood boards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural contractors/ vendors. Ensure superior workmanship & cost effectiveness. Design corporate / workplace interior spaces/ consultation renovations, space planning & new constructions.
• Work on new layouts (not only limited to furniture & interiors), building materials, furniture, MEP, colour, lightening material selection, made to order furniture and all installations.
• Keep control on quality, design as per plan, cost and overall project budget.
• Keeping the stakeholders well informed & in a timely manner
• Be able to comprehend the roadblocks and come up with solutions/ suggestions etc.
