Job summary

Alembic Real Estate is seeking a senior lead for architectural and interior design on hotel projects in Bengaluru. The role covers concept through completion, ensuring design intent and brand standards are maintained across guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and BOH areas.

The candidate will coordinate with operators, brands, and consultants, review drawings and specifications, and oversee procurement of finishes and FF&E, while conducting regular site visits to ensure adherence to

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and interior design development of hotel projects from concept design through project completion.
• Review and manage concept designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitality operators, management brands, and consultants to incorporate brand-specific requirements.
• Review and approve architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility studies to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct design review meetings and ensure timely closure of design-related issues.
• Review consultant deliverables for quality, compliance, and constructability.
• Lead interior design development for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet facilities, back-of-house facilities, and recreational spaces.
• Coordinate procurement and implementation of interior finishes and furnishings.

Job description

• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with hospitality operators, management brands, and consultants to incorporate brand-specific requirements.
• Review and approve architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility studies to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct design review meetings and ensure timely closure of design-related issues.
• Ensure seamless integration between architectural, interior, structural, and MEP requirements.
• manage, and monitor external architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Review consultant deliverables for quality, compliance, and constructability.
• Ensure project designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Lead interior design development for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet facilities, back-of-house facilities, and recreational spaces.
• Review FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections and OS&E packages.
• Coordinate procurement and implementation of interior finishes and furnishings.
• Provide design support during construction and execution phases.
• Review RFIs, technical queries, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material submissions.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Identify and resolve design and site coordination issues proactively.
