Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Interior & Exterior Design Team.
• Handle projects from concept stage to final design execution.
• Develop creative interior and exterior design concepts.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D designs, layouts, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically strong, and aligned with client requirements.
• Review design outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Allocate work among designers and ensure timely completion.
• Guide junior designers and improve their design capabilities.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, project managers, and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
