Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors and developers ensuring collaboration and excellence in execution.
• Provide hands-on guidance throughout all stages of the design process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with client objectives and company goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic insights, and present creative concepts that exceed expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to inform and enhance our creative strategies.
• Maintain high standards of design excellence and ensure consistency in brand identity across all projects.
• Foster positive working relationships with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and development, to integrate creative solutions seamlessly into overall strategies.
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposals to explain creative concepts confidently.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and pushing creative boundaries.
