Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a target-driven professional to lead NPS sales within corporate accounts and PSUs. You will engage KDMs, conduct NPS sessions, and guide employees for digital enrollment while promoting Axis Pension Fund as a preferred retirement solution.

Responsibilities include driving market share for Axis PFM, daily bank-channel interactions, and training resources on NPS products to ensure high-quality, persistent business with cross-selling of annuities and life insurance products.

• Guide the employees for digital NPS account opening and promote Axis Pension Fund as PFM


• Gain higher market share of Axis PFM in the corporates and PSUs


• Daily engagement with the Bank channel / customers and regularly visit for sales calls


• Manage Axis Bank channel assigned and train their resources for NPS product and processes


• Ensure quality and persistency of business and cross sell products required for better retirement planning like Annuity, GI, LI etc.
