Job summary

SBI Pension Funds Private Limited is seeking a skilled professional to manage NPS business across Corporate, Retail and Government sectors in Hyderabad. You will develop sales plans, onboard subscribers, and conduct awareness sessions in government offices to promote NPS with SBI PF PFM.

You will strengthen relationships with SBI Group entities in your region, lead a team, mentor staff, and drive targets across channels.

Responsibilities

• The candidate must manage NPS business across Corporate, Retail & Government sectors.
• Develop sales plans and achieve onboarding targets for corporate and retail segments with SBI PF POP and PFM.
• Conduct awareness sessions in government offices and onboard subscribers with SBIPF PFM.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with SBI Group entities mapped to the candidate's region.
• Lead a team across verticals, providing guidance, mentoring and monitoring to meet regional targets across channels.
• Achieve regional targets to increase SBI Pension Funds market share across different segments.
• Meet HR Head, C&B Head, Finance Head, CXO or other authorities and organize NPS awareness sessions in corporate/PSU/government offices; design implementation plans.
• Deliver online and in-person presentations to senior management and employees.
• Identify new opportunities to improve marketability and profitability through research and market analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The candidate is required to manage NPS business across the sectors: Corporate,Retail & Government.
2. The candidate is required to work on sales plan and achieve target pertaining to onboarding subscribers under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM respectively.
3. The candidate has to conduct sessions in the government offices for creating NPS awareness and onboard the subscriber with SBIPF PFM.
4. The candidate will also need to regularly engage and strengthen the relationship of SBI Group mapped to his/her region.
5. He/ She would be assigned team to manage different verticals and he/she needs to provide guidance to the team. He/ She will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring the team under him/her to achieve target across different channels.
6. Candidate would be responsible for achieving the targets assigned across different segment for his/her respective region and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.
7. Meet HR Head/ C&B Head/ Finance Head/ CXO/ relevant authority/ organise Nodal office NPS awareness sessions in the corporate/ PSUs/ Government offices and design NPS implementation plan.
8. Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
9. Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
