Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a corporate sales professional in Panaji, Goa to drive NPS registrations and promote pension funds. You will engage with executives, guide digital account openings, and work with bank channels to meet targets while expanding market share of Axis PFM in corporates and PSUs.

Role requires strong communication and presentation skills, basic financial product knowledge, and the ability to train others on NPS processes, with daily field visits and cross-selling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting sales targets by daily connecting with the KDMs in Corporates and conduct Corporate NPS sessions to employees and ensure registrations and contributions in NPS account.
• Guide employees for digital NPS account opening and promote Axis Pension Fund as PFM.
• Gain higher market share of Axis PFM in corporates and PSUs.
• Daily engagement with the Bank channel / customers and regularly visit for sales calls.
• Train resources for NPS product and processes and manage the Axis Bank channel assigned.
• Cross-sell products like Annuity, GI, LI for better retirement planning.

• Guide the employees for digital NPS account opening and promote Axis Pension Fund as PFM
• Gain higher market share of Axis PFM in the corporates and PSUs
• Daily engagement with the Bank channel / customers and regularly visit for sales calls
• Manage Axis Bank channel assigned and train their resources for NPS product and processes
• Ensure quality and persistency of business and cross sell products required for better retirement planning like Annuity, GI, LI etc.
