Job summary

Topgear Consultants is recruiting for a Corporate NPS sales role in India. You will identify new companies, build relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll and senior stakeholders, and onboard them for Corporate NPS with smooth implementation.

You will explain NPS benefits and options to clients and employees, run awareness sessions, and drive registrations and overall NPS corpus growth. The role emphasizes expanding corporate accounts, leveraging Tata Group relationships and referrals, while

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies to generate new Corporate NPS business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Onboard new companies for Corporate NPS and ensure a smooth implementation process.
• Explain NPS benefits, features and investment options to corporate clients and their employees.
• Conduct NPS awareness and employee engagement sessions to increase registrations.
• Work towards increasing employee participation and NPS corpus within existing corporate accounts.
• Regularly follow up with existing clients to understand requirements and provide support.
• Generate new business through existing Tata Group relationships, referrals and market networking.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance and CRA teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service.
• Track business performance, client activity and NPS registrations through MIS and regular reporting.
• Keep updated on NPS regulations, market trends and competing investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance and PPF.
• Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, penetration and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile
