The role requires managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—and collaborating with operations to ensure flawless event delivery and long-term client partnerships. On-site, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales.
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins.
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We are hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager – MICE Sales for Noida and Delhi Markets

The role is focused primarily on generating new business—identifying corporate prospects, building decision‑maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long‑term client relationships.
