Job summary

Onward Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and craft effective hiring strategies that align with business needs.

Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
