Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced recruiter for UK shift (2:30 pm – 11:30 pm). You will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams, source candidates through job portals and networking, screen for technical and HR fit, and coordinate interviews.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in corporate/in-house recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while negotiating offers and building relationships with delivery managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Involved in-house recruitment for various teams.
• Able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge.
• Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels; connect with internal teams to understand requirements.
• Sourcing of matching profiles through Job Portals/ networking websites (LinkedIn) / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisement.
• Screening of candidates from technical/ HR perspective.
• Salary/ Benefits Negotiation.
• Coordinating interviews, pre-interview prep and post-interview follow-up; initial face-to-face interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various teams.
• Coordinate interviews and manage interviewing process.
• Negotiate salaries and offers with selected candidates.
• Engage with delivery managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Proactively use portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
