Job summary

Acro Hr Solutions in Noida is hiring a Corporate Recruiter responsible for end-to-end internal hiring, primarily IT and non-IT roles. You will source candidates via portals, networking, and references, screen applicants, and build robust pipelines.

The role requires 1.5 to 3 years of experience, MBA/PGDM-HR, and willingness to work onsite in Noida Sector 68. Excellent communication and a track record of meeting hiring goals are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably IT/Non-IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to office-based work.

Responsibilities

• Internal Hiring focus, IT and Non-IT roles.
• Sourcing of profiles via Job Portals, LinkedIn, references, cold calls, ads.
• Screening of candidates from recruiter’s perspective.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Maintain relationships through proactive networking and follow-ups.
• Make 50–60 calls daily for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.

Designation: Corporate Recruiter

Reporting: Head of Talent Acquisition

Experience: 1.5 years to 3 years

Salary: Up to 32K CTC (25-28K in hand) (Non-Negotiable)

Shift: General Shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST)

Location: Noida Sector 68 (onsite)

As a corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, headhunting, and mining for a network of top engaged talents. You must know how to navigate recruitment platforms, tools, and technologies to maximize them.

Job description:

• Responsible for Internal Hiring, primarily IT and Non-IT
• Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites: LinkedIn / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisements
• Screening of the prospective candidates from the recruiter's perspective
• To build effective candidate pipelines.
• Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking.
• Must have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with business and make sure your hiring pools are always on track.
• Willing to make 50-60 Calls a day for Sourcing (Screening, Sourcing & scheduling calls, and interviews.)
• Must have Strong Convincing & follow-up with candidates.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in US IT recruitment is preferred, or it's nice to have relevant experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Must be open for work from the office
• Must be a team player.
• Must have a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
