Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked associate for the Corporate Partnerships to lead our B2B alliance strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep roots in the Chennai and Bangalore corporate ecosystems. You will be responsible for driving growth through strategic tie-ups, managing high-value corporate accounts, and executing engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with large corporates and enterprises to drive business objectives.
• HR Network Utilization: Leverage an existing, strong network of HR Heads and CHROs in Chennai and Bangalore to facilitate quick entry and long-term relationships.
• HRMS Alliances: Spearhead strategic tie-ups with leading HRMS (Human Resource Management System) platforms to integrate our offerings and expand reach.
• Presentation & Pitching: Create and deliver high-impact presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Event Execution: Plan and execute corporate engagement activities, on-site events, and wellness/engagement drives to maintain brand visibility.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of partnership managers, guiding them on lead generation and account management.
• Travel: Travel frequently (primarily between Chennai and Bangalore) to meet clients, attend industry forums, and oversee partnership activations.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Age: 30 to 40 years.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in a Corporate Partnership or Strategic Alliance role.
• Corporate Exposure: Proven track record of working with large corporates/enterprises (Fortune 500 or top Indian firms).
• Networking: Must possess an active and verifiable rolodex of HR professionals and decision-makers in Chennai and Bangalore.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex deals.

Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in planning and executing on-ground corporate activities.
• Understanding of the HR tech landscape (knowledge of HRMS platforms like Zoho, Darwinbox, Keka, etc., is essential).
• Willingness to travel extensively as business demands.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business from a reputed institution.
