Fave Marketing Solutions is seeking an energetic Event Operations Lead based in Bengaluru to plan and execute corporate events, team offsites, and client meetings. You will cover venue scouting, vendor negotiation, on-site stage setups, and comprehensive ground management across cities in India.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hands-on ground operations, and are willing to travel to deliver seamless events. This role is based at our Bangalore office.

Responsabilidades

• On-site event execution: manage ground operations, venue setups, AV checks, branding, and stage flow.
• Vendor management: liaise with caterers, sound/light operators, fabrication vendors, and venue managers; negotiate pricing and ensure quality deliverables.
• Travel & ground logistics: coordinate multi-city travel, hotel accommodations, and local transport with vendors across India.
• Budget tracking: monitor expenses, collect invoices, process payments, and maintain budget records.
• Cross-functional support: collaborate with marketing and leadership to align event roadmaps with goals.
• On-the-ground management: address live production issues and delays calmly on event days.

Role & responsibilities:

• On-site Event Execution: Manage end-to-end ground operations, venue setups, AV/sound checks, branding placement, and stage flow for internal and corporate events.
• Vendor Management: Liaison with caterers, sound/light operators, fabrication vendors, and venue managers; negotiate pricing and track quality deliverables,
• Travel & Ground Logistics: Travel, Ground Logistics & Vendor Coordination (Corporate Events): Manage multi-city travel, hotel accommodations, and local transport while coordinating with vendors across India to ensure seamless execution of event requirements at Pan-India locations.
• Budget Tracking: Track event expenses, collect invoices, process vendor payments, and assist in maintaining budget records.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with marketing and leadership teams across the industry to seamlessly execute event roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• On-the-Ground Management: Address live production issues, technical glitches, or vendor delays calmly and quickly on event days.

Preferred candidate profile:

We are looking for an energetic Event Operations Lead to handle the planning and execution of our corporate events, team offsites, client meets. Based at our Bangalore office, you will be responsible for end-to-end event execution from venue scouting and vendor negotiation to on-site stage setups and ground management.
