Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a skilled Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions that enhance business productivity and automate processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform technologies, Generative AI, and enterprise integrations, and will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, enterprise application development, or automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and deployment.
• Experience designing and implementing Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, custom connectors, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure services supporting AI, automation, and application integration.
• Knowledge of security, governance, compliance, and access control frameworks within Microsoft ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
• Build intelligent copilots that automate business processes and improve employee productivity.
• Design and configure end-to-end Copilot workflows integrated with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
• Develop and manage Power Apps solutions to support business applications and user experiences.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to enable business process automation and Copilot actions.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, plugins, and third-party services.
• Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrations and connections.
• Develop reusable AI components, custom actions, and conversational workflows.
• Implement Generative AI capabilities, prompt engineering techniques, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered business solutions.
• Design secure, scalable, and governance-compliant Copilot implementations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot performance and user adoption.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational support documentation.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Stay updated with emerging Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform innovations.
