Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build, and manage AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio. The role focuses on knowledge-based chat agents, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI solutions with attention to security and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Software Development, Automation, or AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building knowledge-based chat agents and enterprise copilots.
• Experience implementing agentic workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with enterprise integrations via APIs and connectors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and platform services.
• Experience configuring security, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Expertise in developing knowledge‑based chat agents and enterprise copilots.
• Experience implementing agentic workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of tool calling and action‑based agent architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and platform services.
• Experience configuring security, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and governance practices.
• Experience working with backend applications and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts.
• Understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and compliance practices is preferred.
• Strong passion for AI, automation, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
