Key Responsibilities

• Copilot Development
  • Build and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards for engaging user experiences.
• Integration & Automation
  • Connect copilots to enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
  • Implement Power Automate flows and connectors for backend processes.
• AI & NLP Optimization
  • Fine-tune prompts and responses for accuracy and relevance.
  • Leverage generative AI capabilities for advanced scenarios.
• Testing & Deployment
  • Conduct functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Deploy copilots across Microsoft Teams, web, and other channels.
• Governance & Security
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies.
  • Implement role-based access and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in JSON, Adaptive Cards, and basic scripting (Power Fx or similar).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
