About Position:

The Copilot Studio Developer will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Generative AI-driven Copilot Studio agents and intelligent automation solutions that are seamlessly integrated with Microsoft 365 applications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity to enhance user experiences through innovative AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows that enhance user interaction.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications and external APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
• Configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) server connections and plugins to optimize performance.
• Develop Power Automate flows to support Copilot actions and business process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective AI-driven solutions.
• Communicate AI and technical solutions effectively to senior stakeholders and business users.
• Build and maintain intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support testing, deployment, and optimization of Copilot solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot agents, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Contribute to adoption and continuous improvement initiatives across AI and automation platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Proven experience integrating Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience in Copilot Studio agent development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Deal Breaker Skill).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience developing conversational AI solutions and intelligent automation workflows.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integration and plugin configuration.
• Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Ability to design scalable and secure Copilot solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present AI and technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to healthcare and finance domain processes is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
