Job summary

Persistent Systems seeks an experienced Copilot Studio Technical Lead to drive design, development, and deployment of AI-powered Copilot solutions across all Persistent locations. The role demands deep expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Generative AI, and enterprise integrations.

You will architect scalable AI copilots, integrate with Teams/SharePoint/Outlook, and mentor teams in Agile environments while ensuring security and governance across solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 9–15 years of experience in enterprise application development, automation, AI solutions, or Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, custom connectors, plugins, and external services.
• Hands-on experience with MCP server configuration and integration management.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, Prompt Engineering, and AI orchestration.
• Experience designing conversational AI solutions and intelligent agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and administration best practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong solution architecture and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform Center of Excellence, and Microsoft Cloud services.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and related AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions and platform capabilities.
• Establish architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices for Copilot implementations.
• Ensure security, governance, scalability, compliance, and performance standards across AI solutions.
• Lead solution design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical governance activities.
• Support user adoption strategies, enablement programs, and business value realization initiatives.
• Drive innovation through Generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations for business and executive stakeholders.
