Job summary

PhonePe is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast-paced recruiting team. You will organize interview schedules, coordinate assessments, and maintain strong candidate relations.

The role requires excellent communication, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with recruiters, support scheduling activities, and ensure timely updates to candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in Human Resources.
• Understanding of the recruitment process and coordination.
• Pro-active, customer-centric attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with in-house ATS (SmartRecruiters) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.

Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC plays an important role in organizing recruiting activities and developing candidate relationships, and it is frequently where applicants get their first impression of PhonePe. This candidate will be an organizational guru, able to work successfully with internal and external customers and candidates, have excellent communication skills, be able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and embrace the challenges of helping to build a great team of talented people.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and work directly with recruiters
• Coordinate on written/online assessments for the candidates
• Supporting in interviewing scheduling, rescheduling & completing interview process
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
• Post-interview debrief scheduling
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
• Vendor Engagement - Manage the vendors/ agencies in updating on the recruitment activities and their candidate's status on a regular basis
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Update candidate records in the ATS - SmartRecruiters
• Keep track of all full loop Interview processes

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Human Resources is a prerequisite for the job
• Sourcing quality candidates across capabilities (Good to have)
• Understanding of the recruitment process and coordination
• Highly pro-active & customer centric attitude
• Ability to prioritize & multitask high attention to detail very well structured, organized, and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable working on own initiative
• Degree in Human Resources will be a distinct advantage along with certification in Recruitment Experience with in house Applicant Tracking Systems Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple
