Job summary

PhonePe Limited is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own our Performance Management Process, drive the end-to-end PMS cycle, and lead talent management projects. You will design and launch employee engagement surveys, analyze data to identify trends, and partner with HRBPs to co-create action plans.

You'll implement programs to build organizational capability, support career paths, and strengthen high-potential pipelines.

Qualifications

• MBA plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent program management and execution rigor.
• Analytical mindset with data and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles across the organization.

Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own our Performance Management Process, run end to end employee survey intelligence/action planning

and other Talent management projects.

Performance Management : Drive the end to end PMS cycle (annual and mid) across the organization.

Surveys & Insights: Design and launch employee engagement/pulse surveys; analyze complex data to identify trends and co-create action plans with HRBPs.

Talent Development: Implement programs that build organizational capability, support career paths, and strengthen high-potential talent pipelines.

Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and regularly report program performance and ROI to key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program adoption and execution.

Qualifications

MBA, 1-2 years of relevant experience

Excellent program management, execution rigor

Analytical & Systems Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, Data & Reporting: Proven ability to build metrics, create dashboards, and communicate reporting insights

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
